What is a Sales Funnel in Marketing?
The sales funnel is simply each step that an individual has to take in order to become your customer. Think of it as a journey with many bus stops before the final destination. The sales funnel is all about the steps in between, from a customer hearing about your business to buying a product or service from you.

The individuals at the top of the sales funnel walk past your store. A certain percentage of them decide to walk in; that’s the next step of the funnel.
